The course will teach you the skills and techniques you need to help you keep your bike roadworthy and identify problems as they arise. Elements covered include roadside fixes such as replacing an inner tube quickly and what to do if a cable snaps whilst out riding. You will also cover basic brake and gear adjustment and how to adjust a headset.
